ORDERING INFORMATION

PAYMENT

Your order may be payed for at checkout using major credit card or Paypal. If you wish to pay by cashiers check or money order you can contact me directly to make arrangements.

SHIPPING

Coral Marie ships by USPS, typically delivered within 2-10 business days (from shipping date) to the continental US. International orders require pre-authorization. Please contact me directly and allow 1-3 weeks for delivery, depending on your location. Taxes or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

MOST orders will ship out within 5 business days.

For SPECIAL ORDER, please allow 2-4 weeks to complete.

PICKUP

*Please note pickup details due to Covid19.

If you choose pickup as your shipping options you must coordinate your pickup day/time prior to arriving - studio is open by appointment ONLY. I am offering curbside pickup or if you choose to enter the shop masks are required.

SALES TAX

Orders shipped within Ohio will be charged 7% sales tax.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

I hope you love your Coral Marie pieces!

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, I would like to make it right. I accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of receipt with FREE return shipping on eligible items *(see FINAL SALE note below).

To make an EXCHANGE OR RETURN:

email coral@coralmarie.com with your receipt & description of your request. You will be issued a return shipping label if your item is eligible for exchange or return. All exchanges & returns must be of Unused or Unworn merchandise in original condition with original tags attached within 30 days of receipt. Original shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. If a new balance results from a requested item exchange I will require payment before the exchanged items are shipped out. Exchanged items will be shipped out upon receipt of returned items.

FINAL SALE - ALL Custom Orders, Special Orders, Sale items, Gift Cards & Personal Care items (such as nursing pads and masks) are FINAL SALE and purchased with an "absolutely no return policy".

Subtle variation is a lovely attribute of natural materials and not seen as a flaw. I take great care in handcrafting each piece, however an occasional defect can occur.
